I just told them about it when I made my oil change appointment. They looked it up in the system and took care of it.

You guys that have had the most recent seat fix, do you just tell the service rep what the PI# is that you want done or do you tell them your seat moves and bla, bla, bla? I just want to make sure when I go in for an oil change soon and I address this, it gets fixed correctly. Especially since I have the PI.

I gave them a copy of the PI and they ordered the parts. It was pretty painless. They also ordered the headlight bulbs for that update as well

Do you have a copy you can post and/or send me?

(Unless it has been updated more recently) It is PI1376 and document number 4032264. The following link has all other info including parts needed. Just giving my dealership the PI and document number they were able to pull it up and get the correct parts.

Well I made an appointment yesterday to get my front bumper alignment fixed and the seat movement issue fixed. The service rep knew exactly what I was talking about with the seat and said they had fixed some trucks already so that was reassuring. I'm hoping everything works out that I can get all of this work done in one visit to minimize trips to the dealer. They're a great dealer but a little out of my way which is difficult with my work schedule.

I scheduled mine for the second time. They scheduled me for the 18th and said I need a loaner car since they will have to keep it a few days. I had it "fixed" last year and its doing it again worse this time. I'm hoping this works.

What did your dealer actually do? Do you have the new clip and shim installed?

I haven't done anything yet. It goes in next week to get the first repair attempt done. When I took it in a year ago for this issue, they said they couldn't find anything wrong and I just lived with it since....

I had my 14 back 5 times for the to get it right. Last time they added a shim kit that keeps the pad stationary. Everybody thought the seat frame was moving when it's actually the pad shifting side to side. Seems to be doing ok now.

I had my 14 back for the third time, once for shims and twice for rail kits. The first rail kit was worse than the stock one and now the second one seems to be working. What a joke this has been, all I need now is to get the rattles in the dash fixed and flash the updated software in that piece of crap mylink stereo. I would not buy this truck again!

I thought I had a dash rattle and through the forum, I learned it was a clip in the sunglasses holder. I would've bet it was from the dash. I popped it out (it serves no purpose) and "voila" the rattle was gone.
