2018 5.3, sounds like fuel pump starts when open drivers door!

I have noticed when I open the drivers door I here a sound like the fuel pump starting up for several seconds then shuts off.  Is this normal? What is the reason for doing this?

If you get out of the drivers door and just stand there for a bit you will hear it Click as well aka release pressure..
