And to Eddie from GM who had the gaul to respond to this thread on the 14th, you have got to be kidding me. Have you actually read any of the posts in this thread. You have some serious nerve young man.

These GM reps who chime in are clueless and have no bearing or significance on fixing issues. It's the same old fake apology and is totally useless....

I think that's all they are allowed to say on these forums. It is easy for us customers to bash GM, but when you work for them, you have to be really careful what you say in a public forum.

And I totally understand but why don't you ever hear from an engineer or some one up the chain who can do something about issues. My 14 Sierra doesn't vibrate like most do and my seat doesn't move but I feel for these guys who spend $50K or so for a truck and have to deal with this crap... It would solid discouraging. When the reps chime in I'm sure it doesn't make those guys feel any better because the end result is pretty much the same. It's easy to copy and paste we're sorry to hear you're having a problem but it doesn't seem easy to forward these complaints and issues to the ones who can do something about these issues.

The loaner I had earlier this week had a terrible seat movement issue. I laughed when I felt it the first time. I have been lucky my truck doesn't have that particular issue...

I just took my truck in and this was on the "list" of issues I have. Bought it in February this year and was told to put some miles on it before addressing any issues by GM. well I got 4,600 miles on it finally.

"Couldn't Duplicate The problem". Nor could they duplicate the vibration in the dash that makes the truck un-drivable. That took a second trip and when I took the tech guy for a ride it was amazing...I never got the truck over 15 mph and ta da! there it was.

On the bright side...after the flash of my ECU for the recall...I'm back down to 12 MPG's!

I've lost all confidence in GM.

I fixed my seat with the hose clamps this past weekend. What an improvement! Didn't bother with the dealer since they have terrible customer service.

8700 miles in and my seat started moving. Mostly in low speed maneuvers such as parking lots, in and out of my driveway. I'll be hose clamping mine very shortly.

Took my 2014 in last wednesday for soft ware up dates, they checked and repaired seat keep truck three days, seat is worse than it was before they fixed it, scratched the rear passager door, soft ware updates killed my fuel milage, waiting on phone call to see what they are gonna do about the door, knowing the cal will never come, will have to go back out there, my truck was running good, should have put the hose clamps on and left it alone, if you want your truck tore up take it to Tuscaloosa Alabama, Chevy Dealer...........Putting the hose clamp fix on tomorrow............

My 2015 Yukon SLT is having this same issue. The driver seat has a slight shifting feeling on turns. Haven't taken it to the dealer yet because I know its going to be hard for them to feel what I am feeling driving it everyday.

On another issue, both my break lights are getting condensation in them on cold days and after a wash. Spoke to the dealer about this and they said they need to see it but the condensation dries quickly when you drive it. Just another frustrating problem with this vehicle. I will be starting a separate thread on this to see who else is having this issue.

I know the seat is not gonna fall out, but it fells that way anyway my pucker string is getting tired of staying pucked up all the time while driving it.........

I found taking pictures and video with my phone can get a lot done. Especially when they call the GM approval boob...as soon as they say "he has video" all kinds of things get approved.

That's how I got the Tranny and t-case replaced in my 2009 Silverado...if I parked on a slope while in auto 4x4 and 4x4 engaged before putting it in park...the t-case went into neutral and that bitch would go rolling back down the slope! They told me I was full of it 3 times...then I brought video...Game Changer! GM couldn't find any problems and just replaced everything.
